OUR COMPANY
At Home Catering started providing meals for the DC Public Charter School system in
September 2002 and has grown to be one of the leaders in Public Charter School’s and Day Care Centers programs for the National Breakfast, Lunch, and Snack programs. We afford students with the same meals that are enjoyed at a restaurant
on a day to day basis. At Home Catering believes in quality food and quality service for everyone.
At Home Catering has opened its new state of the art facility in Washington, DC. This facility was designed
to accommodate the mission of preparing meals, only for school and day care purposes.

We are a world class organization of professionals setting the standard of excellence in providing quality food and quality service to public, charter, & private school communities.
OUR MANAGEMENT STAFF
At Home Management, LLC, was created in 2001, with the thought of it's President, Douglas “DJ” Jordan, to provide a quality meal service to Charter Schools in the Washington, DC metro area. DJ owned the casual dining restaurant, FoodBar DC, located in Washington, DC. He added Miguel Pena, Executive Chef, into the mixture and created the best school catering service in Washington, DC. Starting with one school in 2001, At Home Catering has grown to provide food service to over 15 public charter schools and daycare centers, in such a short period. By 2010, At Home Management plans to package their product and offer it in many cities in the US with charter schools. Prior to starting At Home Catering, Douglas “DJ” Jordan served in the United States Air Force and retired in July 2002, after 21 years of service to this country. He held management and leadership positions. He is committed to quality service. Miguel has been quite instrumental in fine tuning the operation
----allowing the quality and quantity of the restaurant food to make it to the tables of school scholars throughout the Washington, DC area. Miguel has been creating fine nutritional meals for over 20 years. His creations have been referred to as "magical."
